Greek Salad Recipe

lettuce greens - 6 cups washed and torn into pieces

tomatoes - 1 cup diced

cucumbers - 1 cup diced

black olives - 1/2 cup diced

feta cheese - 1/4 - 1/2 cup crumbled

fresh basil - 6 large leaves torn into pieces

olive oil - 1 tbsp

fresh squeezed lemon juice - 2 tbsp

In a bowl, combine all the salad ingredients, reserving the olive oil and lemon juice.

2. Combine the olive oil and lemon juice in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss again to coat evenly.
