Diabetic Impossible Coconut Pie
 


1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix shopping list
2 cups milk shopping list
1 cup flaked or shredded coconut shopping list
3/4 cup Splenda or sugar if you're not a Diabetic
shopping list
1/4 cup butter or margarine shopping list
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
4 eggs shopping list

Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease 9" pie plate.
Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center
comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
