Turkey and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients

1/8 avocado
1 tortilla(s), flour, whole-wheat
4 ounce(s) turkey breast, roasted, sliced, cut into strips
1/4 cup(s) tomato(es), chopped
1 cup(s) spinach, chopped
2 tablespoon cheese, mozzarella, part-skim, shredded
Preparation

Lay wrap out on plate. With a fork, mash avocado until it's a spread-like consistency. Spread over wrap.

Place turkey, tomatoes, spinach, and cheese in center.

Roll tightly, secure with toothpicks and cut in half to serve.
