Noah Ark Pixel Tutorial

This is how I color this one you can try and do it like mine or do your own

I am going to show you how I did mine the best way so here we go

Here is my outline at 100% now when I am working I blow it up to almost 1000% so I can work on what I am doing.  Now remember to do layers with each one.

 so the outline is layer 1

then we will do a layer 2 and that will be the roof

This is how I did the roof I did pixel by pixel on the roof, now remember to zoom in and zoom out to see how you like it when you fine what you like then make another layer

Next I did the chimmy so you can see then I went on to do the

Windows yes that is what I did next then from there I  did  The wood above the bow of the ship same as the window and then I did the doorway

Next I am going to color the boat so here I did the cutout effect.

Here I did the outline in brown and then I take my magic wand and I am going to click on each one to get my ants going around, now remeber to hold shift down when you are doing the click if you do not then you will have to do each one one by one.

Next I am going to flood fill them

As you can se this is how it looks now and the ants are still going around next we are going to go to selection and then float

so then you are going to click on float and then we are going to check again to make sure, you should see  defloat next do nothing you are doing good
 

ok now we are going to go to effects

so this is what you should see  see where it says 3D effects we are going to click that on or put your cursor there and we will see something else

Now see where it says cutout we want to go there that is what we will work with

ok now see where it says vertical and horizontal and Blur those are the ones we play with to change things also shadow color do not use Fill leave that blank and 100% is always like that.  Now to change your colors in shadow click on that square and a wheel will open up and pick a color and then ok . next is what I used and numbers I used

this is how mine looks so what you need to do then is go to selections None and the ants all stop .

Next

I am going to do the waves I did pixel by pixel and cutout effect on them

What I did was pixel by pixel tthe outline and then also 3 rows and then I flood fill the rest and did the cut out effect.  Now you can do it anyway you want this is how I did mine and I am also add the white that I did on a dark blue to show you waves.

I add that to my waves Ion a layer just the white and  this is how mine looks Now when you get it to where you like it go to layers merge visible and then click on the bar and copy bring it over to animation shop and save as a gift in a folder that you have on your computer.
