I am going to try and write this I hope it turns out right.

When coloring pixels this is the way I do it I am sure there is easier way.

Here is my outline that I am going to color.

Here I enlarged the image to be better able to see it.

Next I click on the magic wand and I am going to click on the tail first.,  you should see movement going around these are called ants .

then I am going to have this next.

I am going to flood fill the area  that I click on, then I will go to selections on top and click that on and go to Float then from there I will go to

Effects and click on cutout now you have several ways of doing this, I will have vertical and horizontal at 0 and then opacity at 100% and then   blur at different number you play around with that usually I go from 2.00 to 7.00 . once I get it the way I like it I say o.k. Do not click or check fill with interior color just leave that alone.

You can also put numbers in vertical and horizontal sometimes I do that , this is where you become the artist and have fun. Once you have that  then you go to selections and click  select  none.

Then you go on to finish the rest of the image, when you are done you will have a finish image like this.

I hope that you will be able to understand what I have written.

Have fun be come an artist and be proud of yourself, if at first you are not happy do not give up we all have to start some where and learn.  I look at many sites to see how others have colored theirs and I say I can do that.
